"Liverpool striker Andy Johnson has denied any rumors about a possible departure from the "Toffees" club and admitted to being completely satisfied with it.
"If I could sign a contract with "Everton" until the end of my career, I would do it tomorrow. I am more than happy to be here. I love the club, "Goodison Park" stadium, its fans, team-mates," said the footballer.
Reports appeared in the British media that A. Johnson would like to leave "Everton," but the striker once again denied it: "There is no truth in the reports that I want to leave the team. I am happy to be an "Everton" footballer."
The 26-year-old A. Johnson moved to "Everton" last summer from "Crystal Palace" for 13 million euros. This season, he scored 10 goals in 26 games. "Everton" currently holds the 6th place in the "Premier" League after 29 rounds.
