The Croatian national team failed for the second time in a row to reach the final of the World Cup.
The current runners-up on the planet on Tuesday in the semi-finals lost 0-3 to the Argentine national team.
After the match, Croatian coach Zlatko Dalić had doubts about the first opponents' goal, which was scored from the penalty spot.
"The first Argentine goal raises a lot of doubts for me. At first, it seemed like we should have gotten a corner on the other side of the field. Then came the situation with the penalty kick. I think it was a very cheap penalty," - Z. Dalić said after the defeat.
