One of the world's most popular rappers, Drake, lost a very expensive football bet.
Before the final, Drake revealed his bet, which was $1 million placed on the victory of the Argentinian national team in the World Cup final during regular time.
Despite a 2-0 lead until the 75th minute of the match, the Argentinians failed to win during regular time, as France, led by K. Mbappe, equalized the score and extended the game into extra time.
In the football backstage, the "Drake curse" is quite well-known, as whenever this rapper decides to support a team, the team's upcoming matches usually end with unfavorable results.
However, Argentina broke this curse in a way.
