Unable to find a place in Madrid's "Atletico" club, Matheus Cunha will try himself in the "Premier" League.
"Relevo" journalist Matteo Moretto reports that "Atletico" and "Wolverhampton" clubs have reached an agreement on the transfer of the 23-year-old Brazilian to the English club.
It will be a loan with an obligatory buyout option, which will reach 40-50 million euros, according to Fabrizio Romano.
M. Cunha moved to the Madrid club from the Berlin "Hertha" team last season. In his first season, the forward managed to score 6 goals and make 4 assists, despite starting in just 8 matches and coming off the bench in the other games (21).
This season, the Brazilian has only made 2 assists. Before leaving Germany, he scored 12 goals and provided 4 assists in 2 seasons in the Bundesliga.
