The Madrid "Real" team has set its sights on an expensive player.

As reported by "index.hr", the La Liga team has offered as much as 60 million euros for attacking midfielder Lovro Majer from "Rennes".

According to the press, Real is actively looking for replacements for aging Luka Modrić and Toni Kroos, and the promising player shining in Ligue 1 would be an excellent option.

The 24-year-old Croat, who is also of interest to Madrid's "Atletico", recently participated in the World Cup in Qatar and scored 1 goal in 7 matches.

Majer has been playing in France since mid-2021, when "Rennes" did not hesitate to pay a 12 million euro compensation to Zagreb's "Dinamo" club.
