Egyptian and African Champions League winner "Al Ahli" club will play a friendly match at home next month on the occasion of its centenary.
The exhibition match will take place at the Cairo stadium, which holds over 74 thousand spectators, on April 24.
"Al Ahli" is the most titled and well-known African club, having been the national champion 31 times (in the last two seasons consecutively), winning the national cup 34 times, and triumphing 12 times in international competitions among the continent's strongest clubs.
Currently, the Cairo team, with 62 points, is leading in the Egyptian league, surpassing the closest pursuer "Ismaily" club by 14 points.
Meanwhile, "Barcelona", not having the most successful season, recently withdrew from the UEFA Champions League, and in the Spanish championship, they share the 1-2 places with "Sevilla".
