“Premier League” leaders London's “Arsenal” played one of the worst matches of the season.
Debuting at the helm of “Everton,” Sean Dyche and his team defeated Mikel Arteta's pupils 1-0.
In the first half, the attacking “Toffees” looked much more dangerous than the visitors from London. The picture did not change in the remaining 45 minutes.
In the 59th minute, Jorginho, who arrived from “Chelsea,” made his debut for “Arsenal.”
In the 60th minute, the former “Burnley” duo - Dwight McNeil and James Tarkowski - combined for a goal. After the defender's header, the “Everton” players broke through the defense.
During the remaining time of the match, the “Arsenal” team was unable to equalize the score and at least extend it to a draw.
At the end of the match, a conflict occurred between Oleksandr Zinchenko and Neal Maupay, after which both players were awarded yellow cards.
