Dortmund's "Borussia" achieved an important victory at home.
Edin Terzić's students won their 4th consecutive victory in the Bundesliga, beating the table neighbors "Freiburg" team 5-1.
In the 17th minute, "Freiburg" defender Kilian Stiliia was sent off with two yellow cards. Soon after, Nico Schlotterbeck scored for BVB.
Before the end of the first half, the guests managed to equalize the score - Lucas Höler was precise.
After the break, "Borussia" stepped up a gear. Karim Adeyemi scored a goal for the second game in a row, Sebastian Haller also made his mark - for the first time in official matches since recovering from testicular cancer.
Finally, the victory for the "Borussia" team was sealed by goals from Juliano Brandt and Giovanni Reyna.
