However, everything could have been even worse for the “Red Devils” as “Leeds” were leading 2-0 until the 62nd minute.
After the match, “United” coach Erik ten Hag was not satisfied with the team's attitude in the early stages of the halves.
“Such starts of the halves are unacceptable. We have no right to start the match like that. We made serious mistakes, which we later had to work hard to rectify.

The Dutchman praised Jadon Sancho for scoring the equalizer.
