In Saturday's "La Liga" match at Madrid's "Atletico" home stadium, the "Sevilla" team's football players were crushed by a score of 6:1.
The "Mattress Makers" scored the first two goals of the match at 23 and 26 minutes by Memphis Depay.
"Sevilla" managed to reduce the deficit in the 39th minute, when Youssef En-Nesyri scored a goal.
However, Diego Simeone's players in the second half of the match did not give their opponents a chance, adding four more goals. Antoine Griezmann scored in the 53rd and 69th minutes, Yannick Carrasco, and in the 76th and 90+2 minutes, Alvaro Morata scored a double by defeating the opponent's goalkeeper.
This victory allows the "Atletico" team to keep the third place in the league table. Meanwhile, "Sevilla" is placed sixteenth.
