“Manchester United” on Sunday lost 0:7 to their arch-rivals “Liverpool”.
Such performance of the team certainly did not impress the coach Erik ten Hag, who fined his players the day after the match.
“The Mirror” reports that the Dutchman ordered his players to sit in silence in the dressing room, where a recording was played with the sound of “Liverpool” fans celebrating in the stadium.
E. ten Hag is not the first time assigning unusual punishments to his players. After the loss at the beginning of the season to “Brentford”, the coach ordered his team players to run 13 kilometers, as much less they ran than their opponents in the lost match. Interestingly, the coach himself did not shy away from responsibility and ran together with the players.
