Espanyol couldn't hold onto the lead for long - Vinicius equalized in the 22nd minute. Towards the end of the half, the advantage was already in Real Madrid's hands. Eder Militao scored with a header.
In added time, Marco Asensio secured the victory for Carlo Ancelotti's team.
Currently, Real Madrid is at the top of the table with 6 points ahead of Barcelona, but tomorrow the Catalans will have the opportunity to increase that advantage when they play against Athletic.
