On Thursday evening in the Europa League quarter-final second leg matches, "Man United" defeated "Real Betis" with a score of 1-0 and advanced to the next stage of the tournament. The first leg ended in a 4-1 victory for Erik ten Hag's team.
"Betis" team had several great opportunities to score and turn the tide in this matchup, but lacked accuracy at times, and their team was saved multiple times by "United" goalkeeper David de Gea.
Turin's "Juventus" players also secured a spot in the Europa League quarterfinals by defeating "Freiburg" with a score of 2-0. The total series result was 3-0 in favor of "Juve"
The first goal in the second leg match came in the 45th minute when Dusan Vlahovic converted a penalty kick. In the 90+6 minute, Federico Chiesa scored the second goal for the Italian team.
