During the 2024 European Championship qualifying match held on Sunday evening, the England national team defeated the Ukrainian footballers at home with a score of 2:0.
Both goals of the match came at the end of the first half. In the 37th minute, Harry Kane put his team ahead after a great pass from Bukayo Saka.
Just 3 minutes later, Bukayo Saka himself doubled England's lead. The winger beat the opponents' goalkeeper Anatolii Trubin with a strike into the top corner of the goal.
In the second half of the game, the Ukrainians failed to create any dangerous moments and had to admit a painful defeat.
