The Portuguese national football team achieved another convincing victory in the 2024 European Championship qualifiers.
This time, Roberto Martinez's players crushed Luxembourg with a score of 6:0.
Four goals of this match were scored in the first half. Cristiano Ronaldo scored a brace in the 9th and 31st minutes, and after him, Joao Felix and Bernardo Silva also found the net in the 15th and 18th minutes respectively, overcoming the opponent's goalkeeper.
Otavio, who came on as a substitute, also contributed to the goals, sending the ball into the net with a header in the 77th minute, and Rafael Leao sealed the final point with a goal in the 89th minute.
After two rounds, Portugal is at the top of the standings with six points. Meanwhile, Luxembourg is fifth with just one point.
