“Barcelona” team does not hide their ambitions to bring back long-time leader Lionel Messi after this season.
The plans of the "La Liga" leaders were discussed by the club's vice president Rafa Yuste:
“We constantly maintain contact with the Argentinian's camp.
Lionel knows how much we value him and would like to have him back.
There is no doubt about it - L. Messi loves the “Barcelona” team and the city itself, so I hope we will have the right conditions for the player to continue his story here,” reassured R. Yuste.
The 35-year-old world champion played in Barcelona from 2004 to 2021, until his move to Paris Saint-Germain did not materialize.
Next summer, he could become a free agent.
