The head coach of the Italian national team, Roberto Mancini, is not happy with the changes in the World Cup.
It was previously reported that in 2026, fans can expect significantly more matches, as 48 national teams will participate in the football festival.
"Do I like the innovations? No, because I think there should be less matches, not more.
Otherwise, the players simply won't have time to catch their breath after each match," explained the Italian, who also commented on the "Milan" and "Napoli" matches in the "Serie A" championship and the Champions League.
"I think in the Old Continent tournament we will see completely different matches, despite the fact that last weekend 'Milan' played a great match in Naples and deserved a 4-0 victory.
Furthermore, 'Napoli' can't win all the matches."
