“Manchester City” on Tuesday took a very strong step towards the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
“Citizens” at home beat Munich’s “Bayern” team 3-0.
Although “Man City” secured a convincing victory, team manager Pep Guardiola said after the match that it was far from easy as it may seem.
“It was far from an easy game. Emotionally, I am just exhausted. I feel like I aged at least 10 years during this match.
For about an hour, the game was completely equal, and at times “Bayern” even played better.
The result is simply fantastic, but we still have a very difficult match awaiting us in Munich.
“Bayern” is a special team that can only be eliminated from the tournament by playing two very good matches,” - P. Guardiola said after the victory.
