Four "Man Utd" players, three representatives from "Man City", and one each from "Watford", "Chelsea", "West Ham" and "Liverpool" made it into the traditionally selected English "Premier" league team of the week.
Defending the goal would be young goalkeeper Ben Foster, on loan to the club at the bottom of the championship from "Man Utd", who in the match against "Chelsea" repeatedly frustrated the nerves of the "blues" attackers by saving shot after shot.
In defense, there would be "Man City" defender Nedum Onuoha, "Chelsea" captain John Terry, another "Man City" player, captain Richard Dunne, and "Man Utd" legionnaire from Argentina, Gabriel Heinze.
The midfield would consist of three representatives from "Man Utd": the shining star of Manchester team this season, Cristiano Ronaldo from Portugal, as well as Paul Scholes and Michael Carrick who scored goals against "Blackburn". Taking on the leadership role for "West Ham" recently would be Carlos Tevez.
The attacking duo this time would be the Belgian Emile Mpenza, who arrived at "Man City" as a free agent and scored a goal in the match against "Newcastle", as well as the tall striker Peter Crouch from "Liverpool" who performed a "hat-trick" against "Arsenal".
