One of the outsiders in the Italian "Serie A" league is changing coach again. This time, Bruno Giordano, who previously led the team, is returning to his duties and will replace Alberto Cavasina.
B. Giordano previously coached the Messina club in the first part of the season, but was fired at the end of January when "Messina" failed to win 12 consecutive matches. A.Cavasina, who replaced him, did not fare much better - the team only gathered 8 points in two months.
So, the Messina leaders once again decided on serious changes and brought Bruno Giordano back to the position of head coach.
This football specialist is 50 years old. Throughout his 14-year coaching career, he mostly worked in lower Italian division clubs. As a footballer, B. Giordano was a leading striker for clubs like "Lazio", "Napoli", and "Bologna".
Currently, "Messina" is in 18th place in the Italian championship and will face "Lazio", who are in third place, next weekend.
