Dortmund's "Borussia" club legend Marco Reus will remain in the team for at least one more season.
On Thursday, BVB announced that the team captain has signed a new one-year contract.
"Currently, the whole team is focused only on winning the German champions title. We need the support of every fan for that," Reus said.
"I want to give everything I've got to this club. I have spent half of my life here. There is no better feeling than scoring a goal in front of the best fans in the world.
"I am happy to be here and I am glad that I managed to extend the contract," said M. Reus.
