Lionel Messi was suspended from his club for the first time in his career.
Paris Saint-Germain suspended the football legend for two weeks for skipping team training on Monday of this week, instead traveling to Saudi Arabia.
The 35-year-old forward apologized in a video, explaining his situation.
"I thought we were going to have a day off after the game as always. I had this trip organized and I couldn't cancel it. I had already canceled it before," he said in his apology video.
"I apologize to my teammates and I'm waiting for what the club wants to do with me," said the Argentine.
According to reports, L. Messi may have already played his last game for PSG club.
