The 27-year-old defender, who can play in a central or left-back position, suffered the injury when, with 15 minutes left in the match and Liverpool leading 3-0, he stumbled and fell on his right leg after receiving a pass.
"Fabio has been playing very well recently, and his loss is bad news for both us and him," added the Spanish specialist. "There was no one near him, and he fell as if someone had thrown a stone at him.
"He felt the pain in the back of his leg, which is why he fell. So, it's a huge tragedy for us. We played well, organized, but now we are very concerned about Fabio," the coach did not hide his disappointment.
