Chelsea's leaders in London have found a suitable candidate to strengthen the team in the Premier League.
As reported by Fichajes, the "Blues" are preparing an irresistible offer for Brighton's midfielder Moises Caicedo.
The 21-year-old Ecuadorian has long been on Chelsea's radar and now an attempt will be made to offer £70 million for the footballer.
In January of this year, the London team Arsenal showed great interest in the athlete, but then Brighton stated that they would not sell the player until the end of the season.
