In the first half, Curtis Jones led the visitors forward with a brace.
In the second half of the match, Liverpool sealed the victory in the 71st minute with a fantastic strike from Trent Alexander-Arnold.
At the moment, Liverpool is just one point behind both Manchester United and Newcastle United in fourth and third place, respectively, although both of them have a game in hand.
