G. Buffon talks about the biggest career mistake

Legendary Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon is still continuing his professional career.

At the age of 45, the Italian is defending the colors of the "Parma" club and so far is not talking loudly about a possible retirement.

This week, G. Buffon participated in a conversation with former player Christian Vieri and during it, spoke about the biggest mistake of his career.

"It was the decision to leave Paris Saint-Germain. That's how I lost 10 million euros.

The French told me that the main goalkeeper position in the Champions League would go to Alphonse Areola and I couldn't accept that.

I wanted the player who deserved it to play in the tournament. That's why I decided to return to Juventus in Turin.

However, later I regretted it because Areola got injured and PSG acquired Keylor Navas," explained G. Buffon.
