The captain of the Dutch national team, Phillip Cocu, is returning to his former club Eindhoven.
Cocu has signed a 2-year contract with the Dutch club. He has previously played for this club from 1995 to 1998. This season, the player represented a Spanish team, but as a free agent, he failed to reach an agreement with the club for a new contract.
Cocu will also participate in the EURO-2004 tournament. In total, the player has represented the Dutch national team 79 times, scoring 7 goals. While playing for Barcelona, Cocu scored 31 goals in over 200 matches.
