On Sunday evening, in the season finale of "La Liga" that took place in Madrid, "Real" played against Bilbao's "Athletic" team, ending with a score of 1:1.
"Athletic" had a great opportunity to take the lead already in the 10th minute of the match. However, Mikel Vesga failed to convert the penalty kick from 11 meters.
The Basque team managed to score the first goal of the match, and they did it in the 49th minute. The ball was sent into the hosts' goal by Oihan Sancetas.
In the 72nd minute, the "Royal" club equalized the score. The penalty kick was converted by Karim Benzema, who played his last match for "Real" team.
In the remaining part of the match, neither team stood out and the footballers finished the season with a draw.
