Chris Smalling continues to defend the honor of the "Roma" team.
On Friday, it was announced that the 33-year-old Englishman signed a new contract that will be valid until the summer of 2025.
"It was a very easy decision. I am playing the best football of my career, and my family feels wonderful here. Besides, the club is clearly moving forward," said C. Smalling after signing the contract.
The center-back has been defending the honor of "Roma" since 2019.
