The media reported that the 32-year-old Belgian may even end his career after mutually terminating his contract with the "Real" Madrid team.
These rumors were commented on by the forward himself to the "Mundo Deportivo" newspaper:
"In the last few days, I have read a lot of nonsense about my future in the press.
I assure you that I can still be a professional footballer, my body can handle it. I just rested for the last two or three years, I still have enough energy," said E. Hazard.
E. Hazard joined the "Real" team in 2019 and has since played only 71 matches in the Champions League and "La Liga" championships.
