Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe is not sure about his future in the French capital.
The 24-year-old player must decide by the end of July whether to activate the option in his contract to extend the agreement with the Ligue 1 club for additional years.
So far, the athlete refuses to do so and is considering becoming a free agent in the summer of 2024.
PSG does not want to lose one of the best players in the world for free, so they will try to sell him at a high price this summer.
However, K. Mbappe himself also has his own arguments.
One of the highest-paid players in the world, according to "Marca", informed PSG executives that he will not leave for another club this summer unless his account is credited with an additional 150 million euros. That's the amount he planned to earn in the upcoming season in Paris, and it's unlikely that such a salary would be matched by another team on the Old Continent.
If the team does not comply with his demand, K. Mbappe promises to calmly wait until January of next year, and then sign a preliminary agreement with Real Madrid, where he would move in the summer of 2024 at a bargain price.
