"Chelsea" completed their first transfer with Saudi Arabian clubs.
It is officially announced that for 23 million euros, "Al-Hilal" club has added defender Kalidou Koulibaly.
A year ago, "the Blues" paid as much as 38 million euros for the former "Napoli" defender. He even had a very nice chat with John Terry when the Chelsea club legend handed over the jersey number to the Senegalese.
However, the transfer did not pay off, with several coaches changing over the year, and the London club saw a good opportunity to sell the experienced defender to Saudi Arabia.
Soon Hakim Ziyech and Edouard Mendy should follow in K. Koulibaly's footsteps.
