It is reported that the country's champions are offering "The Hammers" 80 million pounds sterling and 10 million in various future add-ons.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano adds that London's Arsenal team, who are also targeting the midfielder, are not planning to give up and will soon present a third offer to West Ham.
