The 38-year-old Englishman, bidding farewell to the Aston Villa team, will join Everton, Fabrizio Romano announces.
On Tuesday, A. Young will be at the Everton base, where he will undergo a medical examination.
In 2021-23, the veteran played for Aston Villa, before that he triumphed in the Italian championship with Inter and played for Manchester United.
He will be Everton's first newcomer this summer.
