V. van Dijk becomes the captain of Liverpool

“Liverpool” club said goodbye to long-time team captain Jordan Henderson this summer, who moved to Saudi Arabia.

His duties in the team will be taken over by center-back Virgil van Dijk, who has been appointed as the new team captain.

“Liverpool” manager Jurgen Klopp also selected a vice-captain, which became Trent Alexander-Arnold.
