According to various portals, the “Blues” are planning to activate the £20 million buyout option specified in the 24-year-old American's contract.

This opportunity for other clubs arose when “Leeds United” dropped out of the Premier League.

Adams has been representing the Leeds team since 2022, when he arrived from “Leipzig” club for £20 million.
