Moises Caicedo said the decisive word in the battle for his signature between the "Chelsea" and "Liverpool" teams.
Fabrizio Romano claims that M. Caicedo chose to move to "Chelsea" despite a higher offer from "Liverpool" presented to the "Brighton" club.
He had already reached a personal agreement with the "Chelsea" club back in May. The Ecuadorian decided to honor the personal agreement.
However, the London club offered 10 million pounds less to the "Brighton" club than "Liverpool". Nevertheless, an agreement between the "nobles" and the "seagulls" may soon take place.
The "Reds" offered 110 million for the 21-year-old defensive midfielder.
