Everton" and "Chelsea" Survive in the League Cup

"Everton" and "Chelsea" have reached the third round of the League Cup ("Carabao Cup").

"Chelsea" achieved a hard-fought 2-1 victory against "League One" team "Wimbledon".

The visitors were the first to score. James Tilley was accurate from the penalty spot in the 19th minute.

"Chelsea" equalized the score at the end of the first half with another penalty. This time it was converted by Noni Madueke.

In the second half, "the aristocrats" extended their lead through Enzo Fernandez. In the next round, the London club will face "Brighton" at home.

"Everton" also struggled - they narrowly defeated "Doncaster Rovers" 2-1 away.

The goals for "the Toffees" were scored by Arnaut Danjuma and Beto, who scored on his debut.
