The Saudi Arabian team playing against the local "Persepolis" club in Iran was welcomed very ceremoniously.

Its forward Cristiano Ronaldo was greeted by hundreds of fans in the streets, and roses and a Persian carpet were presented to the Portuguese in the hotel.
