“Chelsea” continues to struggle in the new season.
In the sixth round at home, Mauricio Pochettino's players lost 0:1 to “Aston Villa.”
In the first half, the “aristocrats” had chances and scored a goal from a corner, but the second half was significantly tougher. In the 58th minute, Malo Gusto received a red card for a rough foul and ended his performance.
In the 73rd minute, Ollie Watkins put the visitors ahead.
During the match, Raheem Sterling and Nico Jackson had their opportunities to score, but once again disappointed. Perhaps the best player for “Chelsea” was goalkeeper Robert Sanchez. A fact that speaks volumes about the dominant game.
After 6 rounds, “Chelsea” only has 5 points. “Aston Villa” has 12 points.
