Antony arrived to give evidence in England

Forward Antony from the "Man Utd" team has returned to England and will give evidence to the local police.

The 23-year-old player is accused of previously attacking his ex-wife Gabriela Cavalin and other women.

Antony did not play or train with the Manchester team since September 3, the day of the match against London's "Arsenal" (1:3), as he remained in Brazil while the English police conducted other interviews in this case.

As reported by "The Times", the player hopes to receive further questions from investigators by phone after the conversations with the police.

G. Cavalin accuses the footballer of two assaults, and the athlete may have also attacked Rayssa de Freitas and Ingrid Lana.

In 2022, the "Man Utd" club did not spare 95 million euros to acquire Antony from the Amsterdam "Ajax" team.
