“Juventus” defender Nicolo Fagioli received the harshest punishment possible after his involvement in betting.

The Italian Football Federation has disqualified the 22-year-old defender for seven months. He also has to pay a fine of 12.5 thousand euros.

Moreover, N. Fagioli will undergo a 5-month rehabilitation program in the near future. He admitted his guilt and addiction to the Turin prosecutor's office.

In the last two seasons, the Italian footballer has played 32 matches for the “Juventus” team.

In the near future, Nicolo Zaniolo and Sandro Tonali will also learn about their punishments.
