Young attackers James Vaughan and Victor Anichebe signed new four-year contracts with the "Toffees" team and both committed to stay in the team until 2011.
18-year-old J. Vaughan and a year older V. Anichebe are both graduates of the Everton youth academy.
Nigerian star V. Anichebe made his debut in David Moyes' team in the last games of the previous season, scoring a goal in a 2-2 draw against W.B.A, and this season he managed to score 4 goals in six matches against opponents' goalkeepers.
Meanwhile, J. Vaughan became the youngest player in the English Premier League to score a goal two years ago. This season he appeared in four matches for the Everton team and managed to score 4 times.
