Before the upcoming UEFA Champions League match, PSG owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi defended his club's goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.

The 24-year-old Italian was labeled as a traitor and money slave in Italy because he refused to extend his contract with the Milan team a couple of years ago and left as a free agent to join the "Ligue 1" championship.

Today, local fans at the "San Siro" stadium are preparing a fitting welcome for him.

"G. Donnarumma is one of the best goalkeepers in the world, he is still young, but he constantly demonstrates great professionalism.

The Italian is a fantastic person.

When he shook hands with PSG, he had just won the European championship and was recognized as the best player in the league. This is an incredible achievement for a player in this position," clarified N. Al-Khelaifi.
