The leaders of Munich's "Bayern" were saddened by the bad news.

As various portals report, the Bundesliga champions tried to extend the contract with versatile Alphonso Davies, but received a negative response from the player.

The 23-year-old Canadian national team footballer, feeling increasingly attracted to Real Madrid's interest, stated that he sees his future in the royal club.

This means that next summer the Spaniards may offer a smaller amount for the talented player, as his current contract with Bayern is valid until mid-2025.

Earlier, "Bild" reported that if the contract is not extended, A. Davies' buyout clause could reach around 46 million euros.
