The Slovenian national team defeated the Kazakhstan national team with a score of 2:1 in the crucial Euro football championship qualifying match after a fierce battle, securing a ticket to the tournament.

Slovenia's 20-year-old talent Benjamin Sesko scored in the 41st minute.

However, just 3 minutes after the break, Kazakhstan equalized through a goal from Ramazan Orazov. Kazakhstan needed to score another goal to qualify for the championship, but in the 86th minute, Benjamin Verbic, who plays for "Panathinaikos," sealed the victory for the hosts.
