The Argentinian national team competing in the U-17 World Cup crushed their Brazilian counterparts 3-0 and advanced to the semifinals.

The standout performer among the winners was "River Plate" talent Claudio Echeverri, who is already being labeled as the "new Lionel Messi." The footballer constantly tore apart the opponent's defense and netted a hat-trick.

The 17-year-old forward is exactly the same height as his famous compatriot (1.7m) and on the field showcases a similar arsenal of movements.

However, at the club level, C. Echeverri has not yet made a significant impact and, according to "transfermarkt," the player's value is only 4 million euros.

If the athlete does not sign a new contract with the team, he will become a free agent at the end of next year.
