In the Spanish "La Liga" championship, San Sebastian's "Real Sociedad" defeated the "Sevilla" club at home with a score of 2:1.
In just the 3rd minute of the match, the Andalusian goalkeeper Marko Dmitrovic scored an own goal. The 22nd minute saw the hosts' forward Umar Sadiq double the score.
In the 60th minute of the second half, Youssef En-Nesyri scored a goal to bring the score back. Later in the match, there were plenty of emotions as both Sevilla players received a red card in the 88th minute: the 35-year-old center-back Sergio Ramos for the first time in his career and the experienced 38-year-old right-back Jesus Navas. Naturally, with two players down, the remaining team failed to equalize the score.
After this victory, "Real Sociedad" temporarily climbed to 5th place in the league table, while "Sevilla" dropped to just the 15th position.
