“Milan” team leaders are delighted with the success in the player market.

As reported by “Calcio Mercato”, the “Serie A” club managed to outperform “Man City” in the battle for promising defender Matija Popovic.

The 17-year-old Serb grew up in the “Partizan” system in Belgrade, but will become a free agent on January 1.

M. Popovic, who will turn 18 on January 8, will sign a contract with the Italians that will be valid for five years.
