Argentinian national team and club striker Javier Saviola says he has received an offer from the club to extend his contract, but initially before the end of the season he will consider it along with offers from other clubs.
"I received an offer from Barcelona and I will compare it with other clubs," the player with dual Spanish and Argentinian nationality said in an interview given to Canal Plus.
Current J.Saviola's contract with the club expires on June 30th.
The footballer stated that he has not yet reached an agreement with any club, but he was not precise about rumors that he has agreed to join the ranks of Barcelona's rivals Real Madrid in the Spanish championship.
